Basic Ham & Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cup grapes
- 2 cup green beans
Instructions
- Make whole grain ham and cheese sandwiches, topped with spinach and thin slices of cucumbers.
- Serve with grapes, green beans, and any remaining cucumber slices on the side.
