Banana With Cashew Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 medium banana
Instructions
- Blend cashews and olive oil in a high-powered blender or food processor until a cashew butter is formed.
- Slice bananas in half lengthwise.
- Spread cashew butter onto each banana half and form banana “sandwiches” as pictured.
- Serve immediately.
