Banana-Peanut Butter Oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats, dry
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium banana
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8X8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add in peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
