  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 cup prepared oatmeal into bowl.
  • Top with 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 banana (sliced), chopped walnuts, and cinnamon.
  • Drizzle with honey, if desired.
  • Repeat for four servings.
