- 2 cup soy milk
- 2 medium banana
- 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Toss all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix thoroughly.
- Add ice if desired and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
