  • 6 cup, chopped kale
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Toss kale in a large bowl with sea salt and olive oil; spread evenly onto a baking sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes, or until crisp! Serve immediately.
