- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
- 2 medium banana
- Spread each bagel with cream cheese and jam; then slice in half.
- Serve each bagel with some carrots, some edamame, and half a banana.
