Bagel & Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 medium kiwi
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
Instructions
- Slice strawberries and kiwi.
- Toast bagel if desired, then spread with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle bagels with almonds, then layer on strawberries and kiwi, forming sandwiches.
