  • 2/3 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 4 tablespoon honey


  • Place pistachios into a high-powered blender and mix until they begin to powder. Remove flesh and pit from avocado and add to blender. Pour in milk, strawberries, and honey. Blend well. Serve immediately.
