  • 1 none cooking spray
  • 4 large egg
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red
  • 4 medium bagel, wheat

Serve With

  • 2 medium banana


  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook eggs, one at a time, to desired doneness. As eggs cook, thinly slice tomato, avocado, and pepper; set aside.
  • Toast bagels and add an egg to each. Layer with tomato, avocado, and pepper slices.
  • Cut in half and serve each with 1/2 banana.
