Apples with Creamy Lemon Yogurt DipPrint Pin Rate
Servings: 4 1 apple and half one yogurt container
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 4 medium apple
- Zest the lemon peel using a very fine grater or lemon zester; mix 1 tablespoon in with the yogurt.
- Serve sliced apples with yogurt for dipping.
