  • 4 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 4 stick string cheese
  • 2 cup green peas, frozen
  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat


  • Slice apples horizontally into quarters. Using a small food cutter, cut out the core.
  • Spread almond butter between apple slices forming sandwiches.
  • Equally divide all ingredients and place into lunchboxes to go.
