Apple Jax Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 medium apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup granola
- 1 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 cup yogurt, plain
Instructions
- Dice apples and toss with cinnamon. Place into a small microwave-safe dish; warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Place granola into a bowl or tall clear glass; layer with applesauce, warmed apples, and top with yogurt. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and serve.
