Apple Grilled Naan

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apple
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 4 large naan

Instructions

  • Preheat sandwich press (or skillet if necessary). Thinly slice one apple, and the cheddar cheese.
  • Layer cheese, spinach, and apple slices on half of each piece of Naan; fold over other side, making sandwiches.
  • Place sandwiches one at a time onto hot sandwich press, warming each until cheese has melted.
  • Serve with extra apple slices on the side.
