- 4 medium apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup granola
- Slice apples approximately ¼ inch thick and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Mix granola with almond butter and spread between two apple slices making sandwiches.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
