Ingredients

  • 4 medium apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  • Slice apples approximately ¼ inch thick and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Mix granola with almond butter and spread between two apple slices making sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
