Apple, Crackers, & Slices for Lunch
Ingredients
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 2 medium apple
- 4 serving crackers, Triscuit
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup pumpkin seed kernels
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
Instructions
- Cut cheese (and ham if desired) into cubes or thin slices.
- Add ingredients to segmented lunchboxes for a lunchtime full of choices.
