  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
  • 8 jumbo black olives, canned
  • 8 medium green olives
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 medium rolls, dinner, wheat


  • Slice cucumber and cut cheese into cubes; drain olives; peel oranges then separate into wedges.
  • Divide ingredients equally into 4 servings.
  • Serve immediately or pack into portable containers for a lunch on the go.
