- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 4 stalk celery
- 2 medium apple
- Spread 2 tablespoons of almond butter on each of 4 slices of the bread.
- Top with sliced almonds and dried cranberries; top with the remaining bread slices.
- Cut celery into sticks and apple into slices. Serve with sandwiches.
