  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 6 medium dates, Medjool
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Depending on your blender, the dates may not completely smooth out.  Serve immediately.
