A Parfait-rific Morning
Ingredients
- 2 medium apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 cup raisins, seedless
- 1/8 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 cup granola
Instructions
- Chop apples and mix with lemon juice.
- Layer all ingredients in tall glasses or parfait cups.
- Serve immediately.
