Oatmeal Cookies
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 4 TBL Butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 Cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Chips
  • Sliced almonds (optional)

Makes approximately 30 cookies. Bake at 325 for 10-11 minutes.
