- 1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 pound ground beef (optional)
- 1 can black beans (optional)
- baby spinach leaves
- Green bell pepper, chopped.
- 1 cup mushrooms
- any other veggies you choose
Cheese layer
- 2 cups shredded mozarella
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 oz third less fat cream cheese
Spread sauce layer on bottom of 13 X 9 inch pan. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles. Layer half of the cheese mixture. Spread another 1-2 cups of sauce layer. Layer more uncooked lasagna noodles. Layer once more cheese, then sauce. Sprinkle mozarella cheese on top. Cook covered with tin foil in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Remove foil, cook for ten more minutes.
Let Lasagna sit for 20 minutes before cutting so it has time to set up.
