I’m so excited to introduce to you my new weekly Ezine that I’m calling, “Healthy Shortcuts!” If you already subscribe to my newsletter, you are on the list. If you aren’t on the list yet, fill out the form at the end of this post, and you won’t miss an issue.
Healthy Shortcuts will be a mash up between healthy family living and time management. I know how busy you are. Some of you are working full time, part time, or as one reader said, your babies are so little it’s difficult to spend any time in the kitchen to prepare food at all! I’m hoping to share each week a short cut or easy meal tip that will help you get a healthy meal on the table, without spending your day a slave to the stove. I hope you sign up and enjoy this new feature.
And lastly, here is a meal plan for this week! Don’t forget to head over to the archives for the old plans, or to print a pdf. of this one.
