Healthy Meal Plan (Carrot Week)

This blog is highly driven by what accidents happen in my life.  This week is no exception.  Wade was pulling up weeds and dead plants from our garden, when he happened upon a bunch of carrots we didn’t know about.  They were covered by weeds, so we never saw them growing.  He pulled up at least ten pounds of carrots!
