Banana Splits
Well, if this isn't the healthiest banana split to cross your lips, I don't know what is! So delicious it could be a dessert, so healthy, it could be breakfast!
Clearly, you can make these banana split's however you like, but this was ours, and it turned out divine! You could even have various toppings for the kids to build their own. We used:
- Bananas
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Natural Peanut Butter
- Sweetened coconut
- chocolate chips (crushed)
- Walnuts
What else would you add to these banana splits?

We make something similar, except we omit the peanut butter and add some strawberries and JUST a drizzle of hot fudge. It's one of our favorite breakfasts! Or just strawberries and a banana and chocolate drizzle for a very tasty snack.

(Oh, we don't put chocolate chips on it---the hot fudge is in place of the choc chips. Just to clarify that we don't do both.)
