Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders
This is an easy dinner idea, that always gets eaten by my kids, breaded chicken tenders! I used to dip each chicken tender in the yogurt bowl, and then the breading bowl and put them on a baking sheet one by one. As I got older, wiser, and busier, I slowly started dumping more and more of the chicken in the bowl all at once, stirring to coat, and then laying out on the baking sheet. This change has saved me at least 15 minutes or more! I don't know why I ever coated the chicken one by one. It literally turns out the same!

Breaded Chicken Tenders:
- 1 lb.boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (about 10-15 tenderloins)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (homemade or whole wheat)
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Step 1: Put all thawed chicken in a large bowl
Step 2: Dump yogurt on top, and mix thoroughly until all chicken is coated with yogurt.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine your bread crumbs, season salt, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
Step 4: Dump all chicken in breading and stir till every piece is coated.
Step 5: Arrange in a baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray)
Step 6: Totally optional: drizzle melted butter over chicken.
Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Coat all chicken pieces with yogurt.
This is just one, but literally dump all chicken in breading bowl.
Lay chicken on baking sheet or 9X13 pan
Serve with salad and a whole wheat roll!
