Breakfast Frittata Pizza
Hello beautiful Frittata that looks like pizza! This is a yummy breakfast if you want to try something a little new. Yesterday, I got the latest issue of Fitness Magazine, who had an egg topped with marinara sauce. So obviously, I thought, if an egg with marinara tastes good, adding a little mozzarella might taste even better! So, we are left with a delicious gluten free breakfast pizza.
To make this breakfast, we first prepared the eggs.
- 10 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Crack the eggs and pour the milk into a bowl. With a whisk, stir the eggs until they are all one color. Pour the eggs into a well greased 12 inch cast iron skillet and bake at 325 for 20 minutes, or until eggs are no longer runny and crust begins to brown.
Remove eggs from oven and top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and olives (or any veggies you want to add like sauteed peppers and onions.
Return to oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Slice into wedges and eat for breakfast (or lunch... or dinner)
For our other favorite breakfast pizza, have you seen the one made with pancakes??
