Good morning! Happy New Year! I’m so excited about 2011! We got a fridge/ wipe-able menu planner in the mail the other day, and Erica, My 10 year old wrote what she would like each day for dinner:
The translation is: Chile, chile, soup, taco soup, dominoes pizza, cooked broccoli and chili, and Nacho’s. Glad to see she likes Chile!
Anyway, here is the ACTUAL meal plan for the first week of January, with plenty of fruits and vegetables!

|Wednesday||Fruit salad and whole wheat toast||Peanut butter and honey on whole wheat with baby carrots||Fruit salsa with pita crisps||Chili (For Erica)|
