Chinese Salad

 

  • 2 TBL Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Accent (this is MSG. omit if you are on an MSG free diet)
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (white)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Mix all ingredients. Use to top salad consisting of chopped cabbage, green onions, chicken (opt), and fried won tons. Fry won tons yourself by purchasing won ton skins and put them in a hot pan with oil for just a few seconds on each side till brown. Drain on paper towel and break into crispy chunks.
