Chicken Pillows
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked and shredded chicken
  • 7 oz greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 4 oz sautee'd mushrooms
  • Sautee'd onions (optional)
  • Other veggies of choice

Refrigerator biscuits

Spread biscuit and fill with 1 TBL chicken mixture.

Top with a second biscuit and seal on all edges

Brush with egg white/ water mixture

Sprinkle with bread crumbs

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes, or until roll is cooked.
