- 1 1/2 pounds cooked and shredded chicken
- 7 oz greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 4 oz sautee'd mushrooms
- Sautee'd onions (optional)
- Other veggies of choice
Refrigerator biscuits
Spread biscuit and fill with 1 TBL chicken mixture.
Top with a second biscuit and seal on all edges
Brush with egg white/ water mixture
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes, or until roll is cooked.
