- Remove seeds and cut up flesh of 1 cantaloupe.
- Simmer cut cantaloupe in small amount of water on stove top for about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain water and puree cantaloupe in blender.
- Return pureed cantaloupe to sauce pan and add:
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- Stir over low heat till thickens (about 20-30 minutes)
