OK, not really.. More.. But Baby food- Some of you would like me to post more about healthy baby food. Here is the problem, I don’t have any babies! I can’t even remember feeding the ones I did have. Really, I have very short term memory. But there are plenty of awesome people right in the throws of babyhood. You can start with Traci. She even taught a class in Utah County this week about making baby food. Her Baby food Puree is here. And what you can freeze, here. And because no post is complete without a photo.. Here is my favorite baby! The kid just won’t keep his tongue in his mouth. It’s so stinking cute!Next- This week’s menu. I’m so glad many of you come to this blog for the meal plans. Although It’s hard for me to stick to a menu, it drastically reduces the tendency to “pick something up”, or make a box of mac and cheese. Unfortunately for my kids, when I don’t plan something, I DON’T settle for take out or mac and cheese, instead I make nothing, and they eat cereal. Poor, poor kids

Chicken/ Corn/ Blackbeans- This was so easy, and I could probably eat the whole bowl myself. I don’t know how my kids will take to it. But it was a great lunch for me.
- 1/2 cup fat free mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- dash of cumin
- splash of lime juice
- can of black beans
- can of corn
- can of shredded chicken
